It is in very good condition, we made it mouse-safe (which is very important), was not used at all for at least half of its age. Has a wood-stove in it, which is very good and saves you a lot of money in winter time, hardly used mattress, new toilet.

If you want it comes with 8 strong gulf-cart batteries, 4 tier-1 industrial grade solar panels (if you are interested you may buy 4 more), and an industrial solar inverter. That will prevent you from running the generator all the time and save you a lot of money in the long term.

The solar installation has a value of $16.000, but we will sell it to you for $10.000. (If you don’t want the solar installation we will remove it from the RV)
