Greencampz.com acts solely as an intermediary platform between users. It does not participate in transactions and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of the goods and services advertised. Greencampz.com shall not be held liable for fraud, scams, contractual breaches, or any other damage resulting from user interactions.
3. LISTING PUBLICATION
3.1. Posting Requirements
Listings must comply with the minimum requirements set in the posting form, which may be modified or expanded by East-State at any time.
3.2. Removal of Listings and Comments
Greencampz.com reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any listing or comment that:
- Fails to meet the posting requirements.
- Contains false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Is deemed inappropriate or unrelated to the platform’s purpose.
3.3. Duplicate Listings
Duplicate listings are allowed only if the user made an error in the initial post and does not know how to edit it.
4. MEMBERSHIPS AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Automatic Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew according to the selected billing period.
4.2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Users may cancel their membership at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect after the current billing cycle ends, with no refunds for unused time.
4.3. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through Stripe, and only the payment methods available at checkout on Greencampz.com are accepted.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By posting a listing on Greencampz.com, users grant East-State, Greencampz.com, and Bymelero.com a non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to use the provided images and descriptions for promotional purposes on social media or other marketing channels.
This license is granted for as long as the content remains on the platform and does not imply a transfer of ownership of copyright.
6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Greencampz.com may suspend or terminate a user’s access if they:
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or non-compliant activities.
- Violate the privacy or rights of other users.
- Use the platform abusively or for purposes other than those outlined in these terms.
Such suspension or termination may be carried out without prior notice and without entitlement to compensation.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
